The Middle Pillar is a classic book by Israel Regardie detailing how to work with the
energy of the body for spiritual purposes.
The Middle Pillar exercise was originally formulated by
the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn.
The exercise has been altered and adapted for just
about any spiritual use, and it is a mainstay of many
Western magic traditions.
It was in the first edition of this book that Israel
Regardie made this magical exercise public over
60 years ago. The book has now had valuable edits and
additions done by Chic Cicero and Sandra Tabitha
Cicero, who were close friends of Israel Regardie.
